This project is a built kebab house. The restaurant is located in a historical and area touristical, Sultanahmet.The place was used as a publishing house before. The cuisine is originated from the South-East Anatolia and Antiocha region. The name of the restaurant, Khorasani comes from a special material is called khorasan stucco that is applied on thewalls in the basement floor.On basement and entrance floor turkish ceramic tiles are applied that were used in old Istanbul and Antiochia houses.The place has three differently designed stories. Each floor has different concept and taste. Three floor has their own concept names as spice, fireside grill and khorasan.The main issue of the design is integrating the right and old materials with the concept of the restaurant in a pure,comfortable interior. more info
